I watched this video www.youtube.com last night and didn’t think much of it at first, but today I kept thinking about it. It points out how we react to things instantly, and I started noticing how true that is for me. Like I’ll grab my phone, respond to messages, or get distracted without even realizing it. It’s kind of strange because it all feels normal until you actually pay attention to it. The video didn’t tell me to change anything, but it made those moments stand out more. Did anyone else feel like it made your everyday reactions more noticeable?

I had a similar experience. It’s wild how much of our day is just pure muscle memory. I never really noticed how quickly I reach for my phone the second I feel a hint of boredom until I saw a breakdown of these habits on a tech site recently. It’s like once you see the pattern, you can’t unsee it. Definitely makes you feel less in control.
