The history of...

The Bullseye Building was originally constructed as a tannery in 1900 and is the northern property within Stadium Crossing. It then became home to The Phoenix Companies, manufacturers of the once famous Bullseye Bill hunting attire – hence the name. The building’s current office design incorporates historic structural features including the original heavy timber beams interior brick walls and yellow pine floors. So, whether you are a fast paced design agency or a growing non-profit, you will have a space you actually want to show off and never feels “cookie cutter”. At Stadium Crossing, we offer bespoke build-outs and “plug-and-play” space solutions quickly. The Bullseye Building might have waited over a hundred years for you and your business, but we can have your new office space ready in no time.
